Wash, peel and cut the potato into sticks evenly.
Boil the potatoes in a pot for 10-12 minutes, remove and drain.
Preheat the grill over medium heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the chicken.
Once the grill is heated, pour half the oil, add the chicken and cook each side for 4 minutes.
Heat the remaining oil in a pan. Once heated, add the potatoes and fry each side for 1-2 minutes or until browned. Remove and add salt and pepper.
Finally, peel the avocado and smash using a fork until obtaining a puree. Add salt and pepper to taste and lemon juice.
Serve the chicken with the potato and avocado on a plate.
