Preheat the grill to medium heat.
In a bowl mix olive oil, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. If you wish, you can add a pinch of chili powder.
Cut the carrot lengthwise into thin strips. Separately, cut the zucchini into not too thick slices.
In a bowl place the sliced vegetables and add a little of the mixture (set aside some for the chicken). Mix well.

Once the grill is heated, add the chicken breast, carrots and zucchini. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side over medium heat.
Once ready, season to taste and serve on a plate.
