Boil water with a little salt in a pot.
Wash the green beans and cut off the ends, add to the pot filled with boiling water. Boil for 6 minutes and remove.
If you are going to add brussels sprouts, add to the pot when 3 minutes are left. Next, remove and drain well.
Simultaneously, preheat the oiled grill to medium heat. While heating, season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add the chicken breast and cook for 4-6 minutes per side over medium heat.
Separately, cut the tomato in half and the bell pepper into very thin strips.
Add all the vegetables to the grill with the chicken and cook until browned.
Make the dressing by mixing chopped garlic, oregano, remaining olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Once done, serve on a plate and season with the dressing.
