Wash and cut the potatoes into slices and then put in a pot with boiling water. Let boil for 10-12 minutes.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and add the fish.
Let cook each side for 4 minutes until browned. Next, remove the fish, add the spinach in the same pan and cover.
Lower the heat to medium-low and cook for 2-3 minutes until it reduces its volume. Add salt and pepper and the remaining garlic. Turn off.
Once the potatoes are ready, pour half the oil and spread each side of the slice.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Once heated, add the potatoes.
Let cook each side for 2 minutes or until browned. If you want, you can cook it in the air fryer or the oven.
If you cook them in the air fryer or oven, you don't need to boil them. After cutting them, season with oil and oregano, and bake over 356 °F (180 °C) for 20-25 minutes.
Serve the spinach on top of the fish with the potatoes on the side.
