Heat water in a pot over high heat. In the meantime, peel and cut the sweet potato into sticks.
Once boiling, add the sweet potato. Let boil for 8-10 minutes until soft without falling apart.
Once soft, remove and drain.
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cut off the ends of the green beans.
Boil the green beans for 6 minutes in a pot. After 3 minutes, add the broccoli. Drain and set aside.
Then season the fish with half the oil and salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the grill over medium heat. In the meantime, add the fish and cook each side for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Set aside.
In the same grill, add the remaining oil and brown all the sides of the sweet potato sticks. This will take about 4 minutes.
Serve the fish with the sweet potato sticks and vegetables on a plate. Season the vegetables with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
