For this recipe you can use Roquefort cheese or mozzarella cheese (same quantity indicated).
Season the fish with half of the oil and salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the grill over high heat. Once heated, add the fish and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Slice the garlic together with the mushrooms and tomato.
Flip the fish and add the remaining oil along with the mushrooms, tomato and garlic.
Cook everything together for about 4-5 more minutes and remove from the heat.
Meanwhile, chop the lettuce and slice the olives for the salad. Place them at the bottom of the plate.
Serve the grilled fish with mushrooms and tomato on top of the vegetables.
Add the cheese, you can shred it or wait for it to melt with the heat of the vegetables.
