Instructions
Place a pot with water and salt over high heat. While boiling, peel and cut the potatoes into pieces of the same size.
Once the water comes to a boil, add the potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes until tender. Remove and drain.
Place the grill over high heat and while heating, season the pork with salt and pepper.
Once heated, pour half of the oil, spread and add the pork. Brown on both sides for 6 minutes over medium heat.
Meanwhile, heat the rest of the oil in a pan over medium heat. Meanwhile, mince the garlic and slice the mushrooms.
Add and stir-fried mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring from time to time. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the pork with potatoes and mushrooms on a plate.
