Place a grill or pan over medium heat. While heating, wash the mushrooms.
Add half of the oil and place the mushrooms on the grill. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Then place the same grill over high heat. While heating, season the pork with salt and pepper, coat with the rest of the oil and sprinkle with paprika.
Once heated, add the pork and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side until done.
Cut the tomato into wedges. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
On a plate serve the pork with tomatoes and mushrooms. Add some basil leaves.
