Instructions
Make a cross cut at the top of the tomato of only a finger deep.
Put the tomato and garlic in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 5 minutes. Next, remove, drain and blend.

Add salt and pepper and cook for 4 minutes. Then pour the blended tomato and let cook for 8 minutes over medium heat.
Chop the celery, add to the pot, stir and let cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve hot.
