    Clean the chicken meat and cut into very small pieces. You can use the food processor but be careful not to grind it too much.

    In a bowl place the chicken with the breadcrumbs, garlic paste or powder and ground red chili pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Optional: You can add a pinch of grated ginger.

    Mix well until all the ingredients are blended and shape the patties with your hands. Add some water if required.
