  • Peaches in Syrup1 half (73 g)
  • Ham1 slice (30 g)
  • Whole Wheat Bread2 slice (80 g)

    Place the chicken in a pot of boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. Remove, stop cooking with cold water, shred and set aside.
