Cut the tomato into pieces and finely chop the basil. You can also use cherry tomato.
Then spread half the garlic on the fish and add salt and pepper.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Once heated, pour half the oil and add the fish.
Cook each side for 3-4 minutes. Each time you flip it, sprinkle with oregano and basil to taste. Remove and set aside.
On the same pan, pour the remaining oil and add the tomato. Add salt and pepper, mix, cover and let cook for 5 minutes.
Add the garlic with the herbs and mix well. Let cook for 2 more minutes and add the fish again.
Cover and let cook for 1 more minute.
Season to taste and serve hot.
