For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Boil water with a bit of salt in a pot. In the meantime, peel and cut the carrot into small pieces.
Once boiling, add the corn and boil for 12 minutes.
Six minutes before removing, add the carrot with the peas and let boil for the remaining time. Once ready, remove and drain.
Mix the vegetables with the rice previously cooked and half the oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
At the same time, cut the chicken into medium pieces and chop the garlic. Then mix the honey with the vinegar and, if you want, some paprika.
Heat a pot or pan over high heat. Once heated, pour the remaining oil, spread and add the chicken with the garlic.
Cook for 4 minutes over medium heat while stirring from time to time until sealed. If you want, you can add chopped bell pepper.
Pour the honey sauce, mix, cover and cook for 4-6 more minutes until the chicken is ready.
Serve the honey chicken with rice on a plate.
