Instructions
Cut the onion and the white part of the leek into thin sticks. Chop the ginger and scallion.
Heat the pan over high heat. Once heated, add the butter.
Once the butter is melted, add the vegetables, except the ginger and scallion and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the aluminum foil twice the size of the fish.
Place the vegetables well cooked around the fish and the sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle with ginger and scallion.
Optional: You can add 1/2 spoon of soy sauce.
Fold the foil as if it was a package and seal the edges.
Take to the oven (or air fryer) preheated to 392 °F (200 °C) for 8-10 minutes, depending on its thickness.
You can also put the wrapped fish on a covered pan over medium heat for the indicated amount of time.
Once ready, remove from heat and serve.
