In a bowl mix the chopped parsley with lemon juice, soy sauce, stevia, garlic paste or powder, salt and pepper to taste.
If desired, you can add a pinch of ground chili.
Place the chicken in the mixture and let it stand/marinate.
Let stand for 15 minutes, 1 hour or overnight, but if you don't have time, skip this step and cook directly.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Once heated, add the oil and the chicken with the marinade.
Cook for 4 minutes per side until browned on both sides. Then lower the heat, cover and continue cooking for 2 more minutes.
Once done, remove from heat and serve.
Serve with fresh green salad (spinach, arugula, lettuce, watercress, etc), tomato, cucumber, radish and/or carrot.
Season the salad with lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
