Season the fish with the lemon juice, salt and pepper. You can grate the lemon peel.
Heat the grill over high heat. Add half of the oil and spread.
Once the grill is heated, add the piece, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove when desired doneness is reached.
Simultaneously, cut off the woody ends of the asparagus and place in a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt.
Boil for 3 minutes until tender. Remove, drain and set aside.
Slice the tomato.
Serve the lemon fish with potatoes, asparagus and tomato on a plate.
Season the vegetables with salt and pepper and add the remaining olive oil. Optional: Sprinkle with chopped scallions.
