For this recipe you need cooked lentils. Also, you can use instant oat or oat flour.
Grate the carrot and chop the onion. Heat a pan over high heat and, once heated, add half the oil and spread.
Put the vegetables, add salt and pepper and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until the onion is translucent. Turn off.
