Instructions
For this recipe you need to have finely chopped garlic, onion and ginger.
Place a pan over high heat. Once heated, add the oil and the garlic, onion and ginger.
Lower the heat to medium-low and stir-fry for 5 - 7 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Add curry, turmeric, salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 1 or 2 more minutes. Optional: Add a pinch of cumin.
Add the chickpeas, milk and tomato sauce. Stir and cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
Serve on a plate and serve with the cooked rice. Add chopped parsley if available.
