    For this recipe you need cooked lentils.

    Add rolled oats to a blender until you have a powdery flour. You can also use quick oats or oat flour.

    Shell the corn and place in a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt. Boil for 10-12 minutes, remove and drain.

    Preheat 1/3 of the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, chop the onion and bell pepper.
