Instructions
First, wash and slice the eggplants.

Continue stirring until the sauce is ready. Set aside.
Slice the potatoes and place on a rectangular bowl.
Place a layer of eggplants and then cover with a layer of beef.
Repeat this process until all the ingredients have been used.
Cover with the milk, flour and butter sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 320 °F (160 °C). Next, broil for 3 minutes at 428 °F (220 °C).
