For this recipe you need oat flour. In case you have rolled oats, blend until pulverized.
Mix the oat flour with the water and let stand for 5 minutes.
While resting, chop the onion with the bell pepper and place a pan over medium heat.
Once heated, pour in the oil, spread and add the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Cover and cook for 3 more minutes. Add the tuna with the oregano and mix well.
Next, place a non-stick pan over medium heat. If you do not have a non-stick pan, add a little oil.
Once heated, add the oat mixture and divide it into 2 or 3 servings forming the tortillas. Cook for 2 minutes per side.
Mash the avocado and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. If desired, you can add some onion, cilantro and chopped tomato.
Serve the stew with the tortillas and guacamole.
