If you have rolled oats, blend until pulverized.

Once heated, add the oil, spread and add the beef. Let it cook for 4 minutes per side.
Next, place a non-stick pan over medium heat. If you do not have a non-stick pan, use a little oil.
Once heated, add the oat mixture in 2 or 3 parts and form the tortillas. Cook for 2 minutes per side.
Once the beef is done, cut into slices together with the avocado and place on the tortillas.
If desired, sprinkle with oregano.
