Instructions
For this recipe you need oat flour. In case you have rolled oats, blend until pulverized.
Mix the oat flour with the water and let stand for 5 minutes.
While resting, slice the tomato slices and cut the ham into four pieces.
Place a pan over medium heat and once heated, pour the oil, spread and add the tomato slices.
Let them cook for 1 minute per side until roasted and turn off.
Next, place a non-stick pan over medium heat. If you do not have a non-stick pan, add a little oil.
Once heated, add the oat mixture and divide it into 2 or 3 servings forming the tortillas. Cook for 2 minutes per side.
Once done, add the ham and tomato slices on top of the tortillas. Sprinkle with oregano.
