  • Sesame Seeds4 tablespoon (40 g)
  • Poppy Seeds2 tablespoon (20 g)
  • Chia Seeds2 tablespoon (20 g)
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Olive Oil2 tablespoon (20 ml)
  • Honey1 tablespoon (20 g)
  • Water1 glass (250 ml)

    Place the oats, all the seeds and salt in a bowl. Mix well and add the olive oil and honey while stirring.

    Add the water gradually and mix using a spoon.

    Cover with a cloth and let stand 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C), set up a baking tray and place baking sheets.

    Pour all the dough on one of the sheets, shape into a ball with moistened hands, cover with the other sheet and start rolling out using a rolling pin.

    Transfer the bottom sheet of paper with the rolled out dough to the tray and bake for about 15-20 minutes.

    Then carefully place the other sheet on top and flip over. Return to the tray (once flipped over) and bake for another 15-20 minutes, making sure it does not burn.
