For this recipe preferably use lean cuts.
Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and dice the potato.
Once the water is boiling, add the potatoes and corn. Let it boil for 12 minutes.
Simultaneously, place the peas in a pot with boiling water for 6 minutes. Once done, remove and drain.
Place a pan over high heat. While heating, season the beef with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the oil and cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat. Cooking time will also depend on the thickness of the piece.
Once the potatoes are tender, remove, drain and mash. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper to taste and mix.
In a plate serve the beef with mashed potato, corn and peas hot.
