Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the time indicated on the package. Once ready, turn off and drain.
Six minutes before removing, add the peas and cook all together. Once everything is well cooked, remove and drain.
Preheat the pan over medium heat. In the meantime, chop the onion and slice the mushrooms.
Once heated, add half the oil with the onion, mushrooms and a pinch of salt.
Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes while removing from time to time until the onion gets translucent.
Then add the spinach leaves, mix, cover and cook for 1-2 minutes until it reduces the volume.
Mix the pasta with the remaining oil, peas with the prepared mixture and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
