Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the time indicated on the package. Once ready, remove and drain.
Finely slice the olives and chop the garlic with the tomato.
Heat a pan over medium heat and, once heated, pour the oil, spread and then add the tomato with the garlic.
Add salt and pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then cover and let cook for 5 more minutes over medium-low heat.
Add the olives with the oregano, mix well and turn off.
You can also replace the oregano with chopped basil or parsley.
Add the pasta on a plate and then the tomato mixture.
