Boil the pasta in salted water according to the indicated time on the package. Remove and drain.
In the meantime, chop the onion and cut the vegetables in to strips.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Once heated, add the onion with the garlic, bell pepper and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Then add the mushrooms and zucchini. Optional: Add green beans or some broccoli.
Add salt and pepper to taste and then the teriyaki sauce.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. If necessary, add some water to prevent from drying.
Once the vegetables are soft, add the pasta and mix well. Let cook for 2 minutes for a better taste.
Serve hot.
