Instructions

    If you have rolled oats, put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz. Pour in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.

    For the peach, you can cut into pieces before blending. You can blend half the peach and slice the remaining to garnish or you can add the whole peach.

    Mix the oats with cinnamon and stevia. Add the egg, egg white and peach. Pour in a microwave safe bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.
