Boil the chicken with the onion and a pinch of salt for 15 minutes or until soft.

Blend until you get a sauce. Add broth gradually until obtaining the desired texture.
Take the sauce to the pan and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until it boils.
Add the chicken and season to taste.
Brown each side of the tortilla for 1 minute in a pan.
Serve the peanut chicken with its sauce, sprinkle with chopped parsley and add the tortilla.
