Preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C) for 15 minutes.
Butter a baking tray.
Mix in a bowl the oats, flour, almonds, chopped and peeled pear, raisins and salt.
In a small pot, mix the milk, honey, vanilla extract, peanut butter and sunflower oil.
Add the dry ingredients from step 3 and mix until smooth. It should be sticky and not wet.
Pour into previously buttered pan and bake until browned for about 25-35 minutes.
Remove, let cool and serve.
