Add salt and pepper to taste to the pork and dice. In the meantime, heat oil in a pot over high heat.
Once heated, add the pork and brown all its sides. This will take about 3-4 minutes.
At the same time, peel and dice the tomato and carrot. Then, chop the onion and cut the mushroom into pieces.
Add the onion and tomato to the pot with a pinch of salt. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes.
Then add the paprika and salt and pepper to taste. Add some broth or water. Optional: You can add garlic paste or powder and/or cumin to taste.
Add the peas, mushrooms and carrot. Once boiling, cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
