For this recipe you need cooked quinoa.
Heat the grill over high heat and season the pork with salt and pepper.
Once heated, pour 1/3 of the oil and add the pork. Brown both sides for 4-6 minutes over medium heat.
Then lower the heat, cover and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes or until well cooked. Set aside.
At the same time, preheat a pan with half the remaining oil. In the meantime, chop the garlic, basil and half the tomato.
Once heated, add the garlic, tomato and basil to the pan. Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.

For the salad, cut the remaining tomato with the carrot (you can also grate it). Season with lemon juice, remaining oil, salt and pepper.
