Heat a big pan over medium heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the pork.
Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and add the pork. Sear each side for about 2 minutes, remove and set aside.

On the same pan, put the remaining oil, the garlic and mushrooms with a pinch of salt.
Stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat and then add the broth. Add salt and pepper to taste and then the rosemary.
Once heated, add the pork again so it cooks in the sauce.
Cover, lower the heat and cook for 8-10 more minutes. If you want, you can add some paprika powder.
Once ready, remove and serve hot with the fresh tomato (you can use cherry). Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
