Instructions
Place a pot of water over high heat and bring to a boil.
Simultaneously, wash, peel and cut the potatoes in slices as thick as a finger. Add them to the water and cook for 12 minutes.
With 8 minutes remaining, add 2 previously washed eggs. Once done, stop cooking with cold water and peel. Set aside.
Place a pan over medium-high heat and add oil. Once heated, add the onion and garlic previously chopped.
Add paprika and salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for 10 minutes over low heat.
Add the ground beef, the chopped egg and mix. Cook for 10 more minutes.
At the same time, rice the potatoes and add butter, a teaspoon of salt and milk. Beat for 2 minutes.
Place the cooked beef on a rectangular baking dish. Next, place the mashed potatoes on top of the beef.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven at 392 °F (200 °C) for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
