Instructions
Preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C).
Wash the blueberries.
In a bowl mix the vanilla extract with half of the stevia, the cinnamon and the protein powder. Then add the blueberries.
Butter a small baking pan and add the mixture.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-30 minutes.
Separately, mix the protein powder, cinnamon and remaining stevia with the oats and egg whites. Set aside.
Once done, remove from the oven and add the oat mixture to the baking pan. Cover and bake again for 10-15 minutes.
