  • Kiwi2 count (150 g)
  • Oats2 tablespoon (20 g)
  • Shredded Coconut5 g
  • Coconut Oil1 teaspoon (3 ml)
  • Protein Powder1 scoop (30 g)

    For this recipe you need to have half the amount of kiwi previously frozen. You can also use coconut oil or any oil you have at home.

    Heat the oil in a pan and as soon as it gets heated, add the oats and toast. If desired, add stevia and/or cinnamon powder. Set aside.

    In the blender cup, place the frozen kiwi, yogurt and protein.

    Blend for about 1 minute.

    Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the remaining kiwi, oats and coconut as topping. Serve.
