  • Chia Seeds3 tablespoon (30 g)
  • Peanut2 tablespoon (28 g)
  • Stevia1 packet (1 g)

    For this recipe you can leave the oats standing overnight. If not, you can cook the oatmeal with water directly over medium heat until thickened and then add the ingredients.
