For this recipe you can leave the oats standing overnight. If not, you can cook the oatmeal with water directly over medium heat until thickened and then add the ingredients.
In a jar place the oatmeal, half of the chia seeds, peanuts, water and protein powder. You can replace the peanuts with peanut butter. Use the same indicated amount.
Mix well and place in the refrigerator overnight.
