For this recipe you need to wash the quinoa previously with plenty of water at least 3 times and drain.
Boil the quinoa in a pot filled with water. Keep in mind that you need to use two times the amount of water for one serving of quinoa.
Boil for 15 minutes until absorbed.
Meanwhile, season the salmon with 1/3 of the lemon juice, half of the oil and salt and pepper to taste.
Place the pan over high heat. Once heated, add the salmon.
Cook the salmon 2 minutes per side, the time will depend on the thickness of the piece. Then lower the heat and continue cooking for 6 to 7 more minutes, depending on the desired doneness.
For the quinoa dressing: Chop the garlic and mix with the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, thyme and rosemary.
Once the quinoa is done, remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste and pour in the dressing. Mix until combined.
Serve the quinoa with herbs and salmon on a plate.
