    For this recipe you need to wash the quinoa previously with plenty of water at least 3 times and drain.

    Boil the quinoa in a pot filled with water. Keep in mind that you need to use two times the amount of water for one serving of quinoa.

    Boil for 15 minutes until absorbed.

    Meanwhile, season the salmon with 1/3 of the lemon juice, half of the oil and salt and pepper to taste.
