Stir-fry for 30 seconds and add the carrot with the peas.
Add the rice and stir-fry until takes a transparent color, approximately 2-3 minutes.
Next, add water or broth to the pot (about 2 times the amount of rice) and let cook for 15-17 minutes.
Meanwhile, crack the egg in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and beat until it's well integrated.
Place a pan over medium heat. Once heated, pour the oil, spread and add the egg.
Cover and cook over medium-low heat until it sets, approximately for 4 minutes. Remove from heat, cut into bites and set aside.
Lastly, mix the rice with the ham and egg.
