Instructions
Make two cross cuts on top of the tomato.
Place the tomato in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove and crush.
Place in a pot of water with the bay leaf and bring to high heat. Once boiling, add the spaghetti and boil as indicated in the package.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the previously chopped garlic and onion. Add salt, mix and cook for 3 minutes over medium-high heat.
Add the diced cuttlefish and stir. Add peas, mix and cook for 4 minutes.
Add paprika, stir and cook for a few seconds. Add the tomato, season with salt and pepper, mix and cook for 4 minutes.
Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve hot.
