Also clean the shrimps. Then make a cut at the top to remove the black strip. Remove the skin and head as well.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the mushrooms with the shrimps and salt and pepper.
Cook for 3-4 minutes over high heat, until brown. Remove and set aside.
Then, crack the eggs into a bowl and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Beat.
Add the mushrooms, spinach and shrimps to the mixture.
Preheat the same pan and add the mixture. Cover and cook over medium heat for 6-7 minutes.
Once the egg sets, remove and serve.
