Melt the butter in a pan, add salt and pepper to the shrimps and add. Cook for 3 minutes over high heat, until brown. Set aside.

Flip using a spatula and cook for 3 more minutes.
Remove and serve the omelet on a plate. Add the shrimp and fold in half.
