Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the onion gets translucent and the tomato releases its juice. If necessary, add some water.
Then add the shrimps, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, and cook for 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Assemble the tacos by adding the mixture to the tortilla and serve.
