Instructions
Place a pot with water and salt over high heat. While boiling, wash and dice the potato.
Once the water comes to a boil, add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Remove and drain.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and once heated, add half of the oil.
Add the potatoes and brown for 2 minutes per side over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
Meanwhile, peel the shrimp, remove the black line at the tail and wash. Season with garlic paste or powder and salt and pepper.
Place a pan over high heat.
Once heated, pour the rest of the oil, spread and add the shrimp with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 3 minutes, turn off and set aside.
Place the shrimp and crispy potatoes on a plate, season to taste and add chopped scallions.
