For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Chop the garlic and cut the chili pepper in strips. If you don't want it spicy, use bell pepper.
Heat oil in a pan over high heat while you drain and dice the tofu.
Once heated, add the tofu, garlic and chili pepper. Stir-fry while stirring for 5 minutes.
Once the tofu is browned, add the oyster sauce with the ground ginger. Lower the heat, add salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, add the rice and the tofu on top. Add the chopped scallion.
