For this recipe you need cooked beans.
Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, shell the corn.
Once boiling, add the corn and boil for 12 minutes. Remove, drain and set aside.
Separately, place a pot over medium-high heat. While heating, chop the onion and garlic.
Once heated, add half of the oil with the onion and garlic. Stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Then add the remaining oil with the ground beef, cumin and paprika powder.
Stir and cook until it takes a brownish color for approximately 5 minutes over medium heat.
Then add the previously cooked corn kernels and beans. Cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Remove from heat, add the previously chopped chili peppers, mix well and serve the stew hot.
