Peel the potatoes and finely slice it evenly.
Put the potatoes in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 8 minutes until softened but not fully cooked.
At the same time, heat a pan over medium heat. In the meantime, chop the onion and garlic.

Repeat the steps layering with the mixtures.
Cover with mozzarella cheese cut into small pieces.
Preheat the oven (or air fryer) to 356 °F (180 °C) for 5-8 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Remove from the oven and serve.
