For this recipe you need cooked beans.
Blend 2/3 of the tomato and set aside.
While you heat a pan over medium-high heat, chop the onion and cut the remaining tomato.
Once heated, pour the oil, spread and add the onion with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
In the meantime, slice the mushrooms. Set aside.
Next, pour the blended tomato with the pieces of garlic and tomato. Let cook for 5 more minutes.
Once the tomato has intensified its color, add the mushrooms with the beans and let cook for 3 more minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste. If you want, add oregano or a bay leaf.
Remove from heat and serve.
