Wash the shrimp and remove the black line at the tail. Set aside.
Cut off the ends of the green beans and cut in thirds. Place in a pot with boiling water and boil for 4 minutes.
After 4 minutes, stop cooking with cold water, drain and set aside.
Place a wok over high heat and pour the oil. Once heated, add the chopped garlic and brown over medium-low heat for a couple of minutes.
Add the shrimp and brown over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add the green beans, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for another minute.
Add oregano, stir, turn off, season to taste and serve.
If you wish, you can serve with a side salad of radish slices, washed onion rings and lemon juice.
